The Java company is preparing to start delivery of Java Perak bikes across the country on July 20. The delivery was scheduled to begin in April but was postponed due to Covid-19. The company launched the BS6 Complaint model in January. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 1.94 lakh. With the upgrade of BS 6, its price has gone up by Rs 6,000. The company has announced an attractive offer for those who want to buy this bike. Customers get the first three EMIs with 50 per cent discount, Rs 6666 per month EMI, Rs 8000 for two years and Rs 6000 for three years, 100 per cent funding with zero down payment and no income proof. The bike generates more torque than before Compared to other Java bikes, the Java Perak has a 334cc single-cylinder engine. While Java and Java Forty Two have 293 cc engine. “During the lockdown, we made changes to Perak’s engine, which generated 2Nm more torque than before,” the company said. Launched the older model with 31Nm of torque.

Java claims that the high torque will give the bike more pulling performance than before in both standstill and rolling acceleration.
